The computer makes your muscles contract 100% correctly. So it is completely passive and you do not have to move. 

How vital you are does not matter for EMS training. The stimulation can be completely adjusted per muscle group to your individual load capacity. This load capacity can even vary per workout. This is because sleep, nutrition, stress, work, load, etc. all affect our system.

The EMS workout lasts an average of 25 minutes. During this time, the electro stimulation is applied.
